Terms of service
The short version: share only what you captured and have the right to share, respect the people in your uploads, and we can remove content or accounts that break the rules.
Your account
You need an account to upload. You’re responsible for what you share from it. Keep your credentials to yourself; anything posted from your account counts as posted by you.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. By sharing it on priv.fan you give us the license we need to host it, display it on the relevant pages, and produce the technical derivatives (thumbnails, transcodes) required to serve it. Delete an upload and that license ends for new use.
You must have captured the content yourself or hold the rights to it, and it must comply with our guidelines.
Subjects' rights
People shown in uploads can claim their page and remove media of themselves. We honor those removals and takedown reports; content that violates the guidelines can be hidden or removed by moderators at any time.
The service
priv.fan is provided as-is while we build it. Features may change, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms. If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
